Correction of technical problems in design of Microsoft Word documents, for example to make headings consistent and to coordinate figures with text through proper use of captions and cross-references. Creation of tables of contents and tables of figures. Conversion to PDF or HTML. Hourly fees apply.
• Proofreading and fact checking. Hourly fees apply.
• Formatting and book design for print-on-demand (POD) publishing and for e-books. Minimum fee: $500. Editing is additional and fee depends on length and complexity of the manuscript and extent of editing required.

Consulting

• Evaluation of how to approach a research or writing project. Hourly fees apply.
• Advice on information sources and on how to present results. Hourly fees apply.
• Evaluation of potential paths toward publishing for aspiring book authors. Hourly fees apply.

Publishing

• Facilitation of print-on-demand publishing. Inquire for details and to discuss your project. Initial consultation, up to one hour, no charge. After that,  hourly fees and service fees apply.
